The Brothr Men’s Retreat is a three-day, substance-free retreat for men at La Solitude in Memramcook, New Brunswick.

Most men who come are doing fine on paper and quietly aren’t. Three days of breathwork, movement, physical challenge, and honest conversation with men who won’t accept the polished answer.

Most arrive not knowing anyone in the room. They leave with a group of brothers in their corner who understand what they’re carrying and won’t let them drift.

• Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4, 2026
• Friday evening through Sunday afternoon
• La Solitude, Memramcook, NB
• $695 + HST, including a private room, all meals, and a follow-up integration call
• Limited to 14 men
• Registration closes September 25 or when the retreat fills

This is the last Brothr retreat of 2026. Payment plans and scholarships are available for any man who asks.
