After reading the announcement about Inspire.FM’s accreditation with the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities (CCCC), I felt something deeper than celebration.

I felt confidence.

As a listener. As a donor.

Accreditation may sound administrative. But in truth, it reflects something profoundly biblical: structure, transparency, and accountability.

It means the station’s governance, financial oversight, fundraising practices, and operational standards have been reviewed against nationally recognized benchmarks of integrity. It means transparency has been chosen intentionally. It means oversight is welcomed, not avoided. It means that how resources are managed matters just as much as the message that goes out over the airwaves.

And as a donor, that matters deeply to me.

Accreditation confirms that what Inspire.FM says it will do – it is in fact doing.

Vision is being matched with structure. Commitment is being matched with accountability.

Throughout Scripture, stewardship is never casual. It is intentional.

Proverbs 21:5 reminds us:

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance.”

Notice the word plans. Not hopes. Not good intentions. Plans.

King Solomon, when given the opportunity to ask God for anything, did not ask for wealth. He asked for wisdom (1 Kings 3). And because he sought wisdom first, he was entrusted with influence and resources.

Wisdom builds structure. Structure protects blessing.

When an organization voluntarily invites oversight, reporting, and accountability, it is choosing wisdom. It is recognizing that the mission matters too much to leave stewardship to chance.

For years, faithful supporters have sustained Inspire.FM across the Maritimes. Many have given consistently and intentionally. And because of that faithfulness, countless lives have been changed, encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of God’s presence.

Now, with strengthened accountability in place, the foundation is even firmer.

Structure does not limit vision — it expands it.

Transparency does not slow momentum — it secures it.

Wisdom does not restrict generosity — it multiplies it.

Accreditation is not about recognition. It is about responsibility.

It is a declaration that stewardship matters, that integrity is not assumed but demonstrated.

As donors, we do not simply support a mission. We entrust it with something valuable.

And trust grows when structure is strong.

In the next part of this three-piece article, I want to explore how wisdom and legacy shape the way we plan, give, and build for generations to come.

For now, know this:

Your generosity deserves integrity.

With gratitude, A fellow listener and donor,

Paola
